Frequently asked questions

My eSIM says “No service” — is that normal?

Before you reach your destination, the eSIM will often show “No service” or “Searching”: that’s normal, it attaches to the local network once you are there. Just make sure roaming is turned on.

Do I need to switch off my home line?

No, it isn’t required. But to avoid any roaming charges on your home line, you can turn off its “data abroad” and use only the AEY eSIM for internet.

Ma data ne fonctionne que par moments ?

This often comes from an unstable network selection. Force a manual operator selection (step 4) and choose an operator with good signal where you are.
